ในวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 ที่ผ่านมา ได้มีการจัดการสัมนารับฟังความคิดเห็นในการยกระดับพืชสมุนไพรไทย ณ.ห้องประชุม 402 รัฐสภา จัดขึ้นโดยคณะกรรมาธิการยกระดับสมุนไพรชุดที่ 1 ที่ได้ พลอากาศเอกประจิน จั่นตอง เป็นประธาน พร้อมเชิญ ดร. ณสพน โพธิ์วิจิตร ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ดีท็อกซ์(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ให้เกียรติในฐานะภาคเอกชนที่มีประสบการณ์ ด้านสมุนไพร เข้าร่วมพูดคุยแสดงความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในวงการอุตสาหกรรมสมุนไพรไทย พร้อมแต่งตั้งให้เป็นที่ปรึกษากรรมาธิการยกระดับสมุนไพรคณะที่ 2 โดยมีรศ. พล.อ. นพ.ไตรโรจน์ ครุธเดโช เป็นประธาน
